Varied, rewarding and stimulating. Bringing betting and gaming to life for our customers.

In more than 3500 locations across the UK and Republic of Ireland, Ladbrokes and Coral shops are part of the very fabric of the high street and cornerstones of hundreds of communities.

At Ladbrokes Coral, we love our sport and gaming as much as our customers. So if you’re looking for a career that involves watching sport and spending time talking about it with like-minded people, while demonstrating some of the hottest and most technically-advanced gaming machines and mobile products around, then this is the place for you.

As the face of one of the high street’s best-known brands, you’ll be friendly and engaging and above all passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service. You won’t need experience of our industry as we’ve got some great training available for you, both when you start and throughout your career with us. However, customer service experience is essential and if you have a supervisory background that’s even better.

We have a range of opportunities available in our shops; take a look below to see what would suit you.

Customer Service Advisor: A fantastic opportunity to kick off a career with us. You’ll provide front-line service to customers, enhancing our position as the UK’s biggest bookmaker. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, answering their questions, demonstrating new products, taking bets and upholding our high customer service, compliance and responsibility standards.

Customer Service Manager: You’ll be responsible, along with the Shop/Marketplace Manager, for generating and implementing local action plans to attract and retain new and existing customers for the shop and marketplace. Ensuring your own and the team’s knowledge on new products is up to date, and that games and promotions can be demonstrated and explained to customers will be essential.

Shop Manager: You'll be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring the shop team to maximise shop profitability, through promotion of products and management of costs. With the shop team you'll deliver outstanding customer service whilst adhering to all company policies, procedures, compliance and standards. Creating a safe and enjoyable environment where colleagues and customers feel welcomed and engaged.

Marketplace Manager: Managing a number of shops, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all costs, revenue targets, customer generation and compliance. You’ll be on hand to lead all new products and promotions, deal with any customer or team issues and ensure that the shop environment is inspiring to both your customer and your team.
