About The Role
 
Role Porpuse:
The Senior Gaming SEO Manager will be responsible for the overall ranking performance of our gaming keywords across both Ladbrokes, Coral and Gala, as well driving profitable growth from the broad range of gaming keywords across the betting industry.

The Senior Gaming SEO manager will be accountable for co-ordinating the overall strategy around gaming organic search from technology development, content/outreach and earned media with a view of setting Ladbrokes Coral as a market leader in SEO.

The Senior Gaming Manager works within the Marketing team and reports to the Head of SEO who will be based in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing best SEO practices across all our gaming site domains to ensure we have optimal performance to rank in top three rankings across the highest volume gaming keywords.
  • Ensure best SEO practices across our gaming sites by utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Pi Data Metrics, Google Search Console, Linkdex, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog and others, in order to monitor and influence a range of high volume gaming keywords.
  • Shaping and executing our gaming SEO strategy to solve complex SEO problems that can have a material difference to our commercial performance to ensure we strive for the best possible organic search performance.
  • Work closely with the Head of SEO and the Senior Sportsbook SEO Manager to ensure all areas of SEO are co-ordinating efficiently throughout the overall SEO strategy.
  • Accountable for demonstrating the ROI of investment in gaming SEO campaigns by developing a range of reports showing the contribution of SEO to new customer metrics.
  • Accountable for driving the technical recommendations created from the Technical Manager’s audits and ensuring these are implemented in timely and efficient manner.
  • Carry out competitor analysis across a range of gaming providers to understand where the sites sit within their competitor sets and identify threats and opportunities.
  • Responsible for trouble-shooting small and large gaming site issues and fixing them directly or managing projects to fix them through other teams.
  • Accountable for designing and conducting rigorous A/B experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different SEO actions that will inform long term strategy.
  • Responsible for creation our weekly and quarterly performance review for gaming sites and running cause and effect analysis to derive action plans.
  • Responsible for partnering with teams outside of the SEO department with a view of educating multiple stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.
  • Understanding the search engine algorithms and develop, test, share and implement new / updated tactics to the team and within campaign plans
  • Support, train and develop the SEO gaming executives to ensure you have a capable and industry leading gaming SEO team.
  • Responsible for recruitment and expansion of the SEO gaming team in order to have a fully capable SEO service for all gaming brands in the group.
Qualifications Required:
  • Have 2+ years SEO experience and a proven track record in driving a sustained SEO strategy within the gaming industry.
  • Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets
  • Have a proven ability to manage internally, upwards and downwards.
  • Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practice.
  • Experience using a range of SEO reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS coding.
  • Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
