About The Role
Role Purpose

The Affiliate System and Payments Manager is responsible for the all background activity and operative support for the acquisition teams (mainly the affiliate team). This involves operating and managing the Affiliate systems and performing all the necessary actions needed in order to assure a well-ordered, organized activity of the Affiliate programme. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating and managing the Affiliate systems: open accounts, permissions, upload marketing materials(banners, landing pages, text links and etc).
  • Responsible for implementing Affiliate Pixels\Postbacks on the S2S tool and testing their functionality.
  • Responsible for developing and arranging new affiliate commissions on the chosen affiliate programme system and amending commissions for affiliates in accordance with the requests communicated by the Affiliate Operations Team Leader.
  • Responsible for updating all company’s affiliates with the latest information and programmes, including uploading all new creative packages into the affiliate programme interface to ensure company’s most updated deals and messages are presented across affiliates’ sites.
  • Take part in the maintenance of the Affiliate management system according to the Affiliate Operations Team Lead requests. Making sure to perform all tasks given and support any query and error in a timely manner to enable the system to run smoothly and effectively. Thus, providing the best customer service experience to all affiliates and their customers.
  • Accountable for managing the affiliates’ management system users and accounts, setting up and configuring new admin users for new team members, managing all existing data and doing the necessary backup maintenance per the Affiliate Operations Team Lead request.
  • Handle technical investigations such as tracking investigations, data discrepancies investigations, pixel investigations on a complex environment.
  • Manage and coordinate monthly affiliate payments following the review and approval of the Director of Performance Marketing.
  • Create and maintain tracking profiles and links for the performance marketing and brand teams, PlayTech administrators and internal tracking system users.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • English - high level/fluent - MUST
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes, particularly Excel - MUST
  • Technical experience and familiarity with online tracking platforms - Advantage
  • Experience with admin systems of online operations- Advantage
  • Experience with affiliates management platforms of PlayTech and Income Access - An advantage 
  • Ability to work under pressure and on a tight timelines
  • Proven ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Service oriented person who enjoys supporting colleagues with daily tasks
  • Knowledge of digital advertising legislation - Advantage
