About The Role
Role Purpose    

The Gaming Brands Lobby Manager will be responsible for the management of the Gaming Slots Casino Lobby, managing the menu positioning of all products, ensuring marketing collateral is presented as planned on site and ensuring the gaming brands are represented accurately across the slots casino lobby.

The role is responsible for the publishing and positioning of slots, scratchcards, table and live casino content, compliance, wallet, account and bonus journeys.

The Lobby Manager will work very closely with each of the gaming product stakeholders, as well as being responsible for the representation of the gaming lobby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the gaming lobby for the gaming brands
  • Responsible for publishing games to the live gaming websites
  • Manage the slots and RNG release roadmap including launch date, games positioning and promotional activity
  • Responsible for menu positioning of all products, new and existing, and alignment of the gaming lobby to all product and marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Drive a fact-driven approach to optimise gaming content positioning and hierarchy across all gaming websites and apps, working closely with the gaming brands teams
  • Responsible for the positioning of slots, scratchcards, tables and live casino products within the gaming brands
  • Work closely with the Slots Operations Manager and Brand Marketing Managers to ensure the gaming lobby is integrated and enhances the product proposition, including CMA, Reality Checks and other compliance requirements
  • Work closely with BI & analytics to use insight to inform menu positioning and navigation.
  • Work closely with Customer Service & Analytics team to identify and fix customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers
  • Analyse the UK market to ensure lobby proposition is equal or better than the market, including customer journeys to wallet, promotions and throughout the gaming site
  • Proactively make spot checks on slots & games on a daily basis to ensure that they are running at the optimum level, raising any issues and ensure resolved
  • Create daily, weekly & monthly reports and presentations with gaming stats
  • Liaise with the testing team to ensure products can be released successfully and on time
  • Use JIRA to position releases, track defects, and monitor issues relating to games delivery
  • Review player account activity and contact game providers for verification on large wins to approve withdrawal
  •  Withdrawal approvals – escalating where required, actioning in a timely manner to maintain a market leading & customer focused approach
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
  • University Educated or Vocational Experience
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK Gaming Market and B2C gaming products
  • Experience of working in a large multi-brands gaming operation
  • Strong customer-experience and product vision
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors
  • Experience of managing the lobby of a web based retailer
  • Experience of working in a complex/dynamic fast paced environment is essential
  • KPI, customer and results-oriented individual
  • Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Board level to Colleague
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong eye for detail
