About The Role

Implement various recruitment processes, recruitment sources and channels. It introduces process improvement such as call-outs, screening, interviewing and administering job offers for newly hires and employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Create recruitment strategy based on client needs
  • Conduct initial interviews of highly technical roles using reliable recruiting and selection tools/method to filter candidates
  • 201 Filing
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Perform other screening processes required (such as testing)
  • Inform potential applicants about the job or career opportunities in the organization
  • Record relevant information about the newly hires in the database
  • Conduct background investigation of newly hires
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates through internet recruiting resources such as Jobstreet, Linkedin etc., social media, and employee referrals
  • Attend liaison tasks such as job fairs, meetings, booth completion, and other recruitment events
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time
Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • 6 months to 1 year work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checking etc)
  • Familiarity with Recruitment database and Applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
