About The Role
Role Purpose

As Technology Integration Analyst you will support the Senior HR Business Partner – Technology & Product with payroll analysis and forecasting headcount in the Technology & Product area of the combined LCL and GVC business

You will be working in a fast paced and challenging environment, and in order to success you will need to build key relationships across the business, HR and finance

You will support with significant pieces of analysis that are presented at Steerco and group COO level, so attention to detail is key and you will need to build up a good commercial understanding in order challenge inputs/assumptions


Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll analysis for Technology & Product
  • Be key liaison between HR and Finance
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner – Technology & Product in updating monthly people model
  • Produce analysis using this model and distribute to Finance and HR to support with monthly management meetings
  • Run validation exercise with the Finance Business Partners and help align forecasts to ensure there is one version of the truth
  • Ad hoc support for Senior HR Business Partner – Technology & Product and Head of Commercial Finance

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, along with data manipulation skills and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in multi senior stakeholder management
  • Experience of change management / project environment and implementation
  • Highly numerate background with strong statistical experience (desirable)
